When sending your unit in for repair, please follow these simple steps: |

Include with your unit: | Return Address Contact Person Contact Phone Number Purchase Order Number or Credit Card Information |

After the repair is done: | You will receive a Repair Certificate stating what was done on the repair and when it was repaired. On the repaired instrument will be a Calibration Sticker dated the day the unit was repaired. Our invoice will be included with the repaired instrument. |
